As an aluminium carpentry firm, the team are dedicated to the manufacture as well as installation of a variety of products; doors, windows, curtain walls, skylights, as well as other aluminium structures within the Technal, Cortizo and Qsystems brands.
During and since the pandemic, Alma 2011 have noted the rise in demand for new projects as people are flocking to the area to buy first, second, or holiday homes. The continuous rise in requests for renovations has meant they have experienced a surge in business over this incredibly unexpected and unparalleled time.
Some of their most significant work includes two of the high-end villas in La Reserva del Madroñal (or simply El Madroñal) - an exclusive complex on the Ronda road in Benahavis offering incredible views and high quality, luxury villas of varying grand designs. Alma also worked alongside renowned architect Carlos Lamas on Villa Capanes 2.22 - the windows being an incredibly important feature of this exemplary display of modern design and avant-garde architecture set in the foothills of Marbella.
