New office opens in Seville

While our presence in the Costa del Sol property market continues to experience considerable growth, we have set our sights on wider Andalucía and have opened a new office in Seville.

Starting with a single, luxury villa project, the team brought their expertise and dedication to the new build, constructing the property hand in hand with Mytaki Architects. This contemporary and cubist in design villa has 4 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms and a large garden overlooking golf fairways, plus an infinity swimming pool. The home has a spacious basement with games and play areas, a gym and underground parking.

Mike Gregory, General Director at Atlas Group, said, “When we were presented the opportunity to build a luxury property in Seville, we were excited to further extend our expertise outside of the Costa del Sol. Working closely with CM4 and project managing the build has ensured the property was completed to our typical high standards. Basing a team from Atlas Group in Seville has also naturally extended our portfolio there, and we have several more projects in the pipeline.”

Due to the excellent work shown by Atlas Group on the first villa, the company are now in the process of building a further two properties in the Montequinto district, also located frontline to a golf course, with architects T10 and CM4. One of the properties is more complex in construction, since there is an existing villa which will be connected to a large extension of 1,000m2 which will house a spa area with sauna and gym, and underground parking. The engineering and technical precision required to build the extension and underground parking, as well as connect it with the existing property, is paramount. One of the villas will house an incredible basketball court within the basement, which has to be specially modified to allow for increased height to play.

In addition to the three villas in the Montequinto area, the builds of several townhouses in the busy centre of Los Remedios is going ahead. Due to the central location, the logistics and planning of this project is extremely important, and the basements require considerable technical knowledge. The basements are located at the roadside and the complexity of the excavation requires the skill and knowledge of an experienced construction company, one of the reasons Atlas Group was chosen for this project.

“These projects demonstrate our skillset and overall competence at a range of builds, and we look forward to continuing our presence in the Seville market and in wider Andalucia,” continued Mike Gregory.

Additional projects in Seville also include two apartment blocks for student housing and from Atlas Group’s new Seville headquarters, the team is also working on builds in Sanlucar de Barameda and Puerto de Santa Maria.
