Backed by an award-winning developer and a team of trusted architects, UDesign Architect Studio and González & Jacobson, the construction of Vista Lago Residences started earlier this year. Atlas Group has been selected to construct several of the villas.
Nestled amidst an enchanting landscape, Vista Lago Residences boasts breathtaking vistas that seamlessly blend with the architecture. The residences are perched on the highest villa plots in Real de La Quinta, and offer sweeping panoramas of the coastline, the Mediterranean Sea, and as far as North Africa. In addition to the unrivalled surroundings, each property has been carefully positioned for privacy and to maintain the views.
Mike Gregory, Director General at Atlas, “Atlas Group is proud to have been awarded a construction partner for Vista Lago by the BRIGHT team. The development has received international recognition which showcases the dedication of the teams behind the project to surpass market standards. It also ensures that the future residents can enjoy luxury living while embracing an environmentally conscious ethos.”
Situated within the Real de la Quinta Country Club Resort, Vista Lago is currently in the process of applying for BREEAM certification for the design process. BREEAM is the longest-established method for assessing, rating and certifying building sustainability and the application of leading technologies and practices.
Mike Gregory continues, “Atlas Group is recognised for technical excellence and tailor-made construction. Hence we are confident that this partnership with BRIGHT will result in an incredible development of luxury homes.”
The infrastructure work poses some challenges due to the mountainous terrain, which also adds a certain uniqueness to each individually designed property. The villas stand on large plots and each have their own private swimming pool and landscaped garden. The foundation and structure of the villas uses reinforced concrete and all roofs have thermal insulation. The properties are infused with large format porcelain stoneware, inside and out, and boast domotic controls, air conditioning throughout and charging points in the garages for electric cars.
