Investment in the area is apparent; in addition to several new, quality hotels, restaurants and improved infrastructure across the Costa del Sol, the property market is booming, with transactions continuing, particularly in luxury property over 1 million euros in price. Recent investment shows a longer-term stability and proves that the area will always bounce back, bigger and better than before.

Miguel Ángel has extensive experience in the development and management of infrastructure, including time with Grupo Avintia, as Technical Director. “My role at Atlas Group Marbella is to take charge of the company development, planning and technical assistance of projects, building work and infrastructure.
